Growth and ambition

Sprimoglass is a Belgian company that has come a long way: it has been around for more than 130 years and has set itself ambitious goals. What began as a family business has now grown into a group with nearly 500 employees and we are proud to have been awarded the Best Managed Company label for the past two years!

Our Sprimo Group consists of two glass processing sites, in Sprimont and Hasselt, and a glass placement company: SprimoInstall.

This is why we attach particular importance to the training of our employees! Whether it is our operators, our employees, our Teamleaders or our Managers, everyone has the opportunity to take training courses that will only strengthen their expertise within Sprimoglass.

Moreover, at Sprimoglass, we make it a point of honour to develop our employees. When we are looking for new talent, we give all our internal employees the opportunity to apply. This leads to great developments!

We set up the "Sprimofoundation ", through which we want to support associations, in particular by organising an annual gala through which we raise money for these associations.

Since young people are our future colleagues, we think it is important to play a role in their education. Therefore, we already offer them the opportunity to visit our company on days organised jointly with schools in the region.

We take environmentally friendly measures. A small gesture with a big impact? We believe in this and every employee is invited to follow the approach in his or her own way.
